Sometimes when I’m talking to women who are thinking about doing a session, they’re hesitant because they feel like they don’t have a good reason to. Maybe they don’t have a birthday coming up or maybe they don’t have a partner, but boudoir isn’t about the external factors in your life. It’s all about YOU. Read Miss J’s testimony below for her take on her session.

“I decided to take the leap of faith and do a boudoir session because reading about it sounded empowering. I wasn’t sure what to expect other than I thought I might feel awkward or dorky. I didn’t. It was fun!

Ria is amazing. She made me feel comfortable and kept the ambiance light-hearted; plus she really knows how to boost confidence.

Seeing [my pictures], I didn’t recognize myself. It’s kind of amazing. How do I feel now? A bit more confident.

My advice to other women who haven’t booked a boudoir session is: just do it. Do it for yourself, not someone else. You’re amazing, and you deserve to see yourself beyond the typical day-to-day you.”
